6-Week Nature-Based Immersion For Stress, Burnout & Emotional Well-Being

ABOUT THE PROGRAM

An outdoor group experience designed to reduce stress, quiet mental overload, and reconnect through guided time in nature.

Blending mindfulness and forest therapy, this program provides the practical tools needed to process your experiences and weave them into your daily life for lasting nervous system regulation and overall well-being.

This is an experiential program—not traditional talk therapy.

PROGRAM DETAILS

  • Adults 18 and older

  • Small group (3–10 people)

  • 6 weekly 90 minute sessions

  • Zoom for inclement weather (light rain stays outdoors)

Each session will include:

  • Arrival + grounding

  • Guided nature invitations

  • Moments of quiet and reflection

  • Home Practices

  • Optional sharing

  • Closing
